Nokia Lumia 900 spotted at Nokia Centres. Coming Soon?

Despite launching the Lumia 800 , Nokia hasn’t raked in big sales because everyone is awaiting their flasghip model , the Lumia 900. While Nokia has not made any official announcements of its availability and pricing, the Lumia was spotted in several Nokia Stores sporting the “Coming Soon” sign.A blogger at Amanz has even said that there’s a working unit the Nokia Store Bukit Tinggi in Klang.

Since the RRP of the Lumia 800 is RM1499 right now, we expect the Lumia 900 to be priced around RM1600-1800. Nokia should not price it higher than that as people will start comparing its specs with similarly priced Android flagships. In terms of specs, the 900 is almost identical to the 800. Both have a 1.4Ghz Qualcomm processor , 512MB RAM , an 8-megapixel camera, and both run Windows Phone 7.5 Mango. What makes the Lumia 900 the flagship is its 4.3″ display vs 3.7″ on the Lumia 800 ( both have ClearBlack AMOLED displays ) and its juicer 1830 mAh battery , a big step from the 800’s 1450 mAh battery. Hopefully the Lumia 900 won’t be plagued with battery issues like its younger brother.

Nokia’s Malaysian page already has the 900 in its product page. This is a good indicator that its coming soon. We expect it to be available by the end of June or sooner. For more info on the Lumia 900, check out Nokia’s Malaysian page. Keep it locked on CrackTech as always.
